The shipping time frame will be determined by the shipping option you selected and our turnaround time. Once your order has been placed you will receive 2 separate emails: the first is simply a confirmation email saying your order was successfully placed and that we will soon be processing it; the second is after your order has been processed you will receive another email with pick up information or the tracking number.
Please know we are here to help any way we can, however, once the order has been dropped off at the local USPS and you receive the tracking number it is now out of our hands and out of our control. Therefore, we are not responsible for any lost or stolen items.
