Refund Policy

RETURNS/EXCHANGES: All customized product sales are final. If the product gets dropped or damaged, Simply Texas Crafts & Designs is not responsible. However, you may have your tumbler shipped back and fixed for an additional fee. You will be responsible for shipping costs. Orders that are shipped and damaged by USPS are eligible for return if they are shipped back to the Simply Texas Crafts & Designs address within 7 days of the date received.

Any item not in its original condition from when I handed it to you or USPS, is damaged or missing the box, lids, or parts for reasons not due to our error or the USPS will not be accepted unless you have contacted us at the email below.

PLEASE NOTE: You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

If you are shipping an item over $50, you should consider purchasing shipping insurance. Each packaged shipped has up to $50 of insurance, but does not cover anything over $50. We are not responsible for any lost or stolen items.
