Shipping turnaround depends on the shipping option selected at checkout. Once the order has been dropped off at the local USPS and you receive the tracking number - where it will now be out of our hands and out of our control. Once your order has been placed you will receive 2 separate emails: the first is simply a confirmation email saying your order was successfully placed and that we will soon be processing it; the second is after your order has been processed you will receive another email with pick up information or the tracking number. Once the order has been dropped off at the local USPS and you receive the tracking number it is now out of our hands and out of our control. More information can be found here.

All customized product sales are final. If the product gets dropped or damaged, Simply Texas Crafts & Designs is not responsible. However, you may have your tumbler shipped back and fixed for an additional fee. You will be responsible for shipping costs. Orders that are shipped and damaged by USPS are eligible for return if they are shipped back to the Simply Texas Crafts & Designs address within 7 days of the date received.

Any item not in its original condition from when I handed it to you or USPS, is damaged or missing the box, lids, or parts for reasons not due to our error or the USPS will not be accepted unless you have contacted us. More information can be found here.

No, our tumblers should be hand-washed and should not soak for long periods.

Yes! You can purchase a refresher spray bottle from us. Spray your freshener 2 to 5 times or until satisfied with the scent. You may choose to spray it more often for a stronger scent. 

All apparel is printed Direct to Garment (DTG). Images are printed in high resolution and full color. We can print on most garment colors including dark colors like black and navy blue.
